Working processing
①.After the kiln cart stopping at the cleaning location, the elevating dust suction parts expands to the required working height,
at the same time, the suction parts and the rolling brush part are starting to work. The dust on the surface of the kiln cart and
inside the gap will be absorbed during working;
②.After the moving part walks to the end of the kiln car, cleaning for the first kiln cart will be finished, it will stop work and then the lifting dust suction part will rise, which moved in parallel together with the rolling brusher to the next location for kiln cart cleaning, the vacuum part is going to extend to the required height, and circle to the next location.
③.The dust is in stock in the ash hopper and discharged to the box through the electric feeder on regular.
In the firing process of clay brick and tile, dust will be produced from the brick plants,
Because the internal combustion for brick firing is insufficient, coal and combustion aids are added into the raw material to help
fire, and when firing, dust will be floated into the air. When the kiln carts leave from the kiln with fired brick, dust particles
will be leave together.
After fired brick unloading from kiln cart, large particles on surface of kiln cart can be cleaned by manual, but dust inside the
kiln cart cannot be cleaned completely, which will damage the kiln cart in the future.
The vacuum cleaner is designed by BBT for cleaning of kiln cart thoroughly, with environmental protection and cost saving.
The automatic vacuum cleaner adopts a bridge-frame as the designing layout,
whole structure are divided into 5 parts:
1. The supporting frame of the whole machine,
2. The rolling brush cleaning part,
3. The lifting dust suction part,
4. The walking moving part,
5. The electrical controlling part.
Applicable kiln car width: can be adjustable accordingly
Speed of mobile trolley: 12m/s
