In November 2025, Mr. Li Peidong, General Manager of Xi'An BBT Clay Technologies Co., Ltd, visited a brick factory in Shymkent, Kazakhstan, which was completed and put into operation in 2016.

However, due to the impact of COVID-19, the brick factory has been shut down since 2019, with its power and natural gas supply systems, tunnel kilns, and drying kilns almost completely paralyzed. Furthermore, because the client was unfamiliar with the technology when building the factory, they chose an unsuitable supplier, resulting in the factory consistently producing only around 30,000 bricks per day, falling short of expected production demands and causing significant losses to the client's investment.

At the client's invitation, we conducted an on-site inspection of the brick factory's layout and held technical discussions, providing practical and feasible improvement solutions, which were highly praised by the client.
