Waste Brick Treatment Bench

The purpose of the device is to automatically send the bad bricks produced by the broken cutting wire in the work of the cutting machine to the waste brick belt, and the qualified bricks to the departing belt conveyor.

Departing Belt Conveyor

Departing belt conveyor is an equipment for departing qualified bricks automatically due to the belt speed difference. Its purpose is to depart the bricks sent by the cutting machine and send the bricks to the programming bench.

Programming Bench

The automatic programming bench is the key equipment in the brick production line. It is located between the cutting equipment and the stacking equipment in the technological position. The automatic programming bench has many functions such as conveying, turning over, grouping and departing.

Pallet Conveyor
