Front Grid Mixer

 

Function of the front grid extruder is to mixture the raw materials uniformly, and increase the plasticity when come  through the auger extruder.
 
It is equipped with a front grid to increase the extrusion pressure, thereby increasing the density of the raw material,  and can filter the grass roots, bark and other debris in the mud, reduce the blockage rate of the brick making machine,  and greatly reduce the production cost which caused by blockage.
 
Especially suitable for thin-walled and high-quality brick or block making.
 
The grid is controlled by the hydraulic system, which can be replaced and cleaned without stopping the working of the
machine, avoid the economic loss caused by the shutdown.
