The system is customized for two times setting and firing process with tunnel single layer drying technology, which is suitable for a variety of raw materials, and applicable to produce face brick, floor tile, perforated brick and high hollow rate bricks with annual capacity of 40million to 120million.
The system including:
a 90 degree steering system and a lifting device with green bricks pallet;
two robot to load on /unload green bricks from pallets;
a workbench to put into pallets with green bricks;
a device to loading green brick pallets on shelf;
a workbench to pull out pallets with dried bricks;
a chain belt conveyor to ferry the pallets with dried bricks and a chain belt conveyor to ferry empty pallets;
a 90 degree steering lift system;
a device to unloading pallets with dried bricks from shelf and a device to unloading pallets.
Loading and unloading system for single chamber drying mode. Use for loading raw bricks on pallets or unloading dry bricks from pallets.
The system is suitable for the production of floor tiles, porous bricks and high-porosity hollow bricks with an annual output of less than 40 million pieces. It is suitable for various raw materials.
