①. After the kiln car stops at the cleaning position, the lifting and vacuuming part expands to the required working height,

At the same time, the suction part and the roller brush part start to work. Dust on the surface of the kiln car and it will be absorbed in the gap during work;

②. After the moving part reaches the end of the kiln car, the first kiln car is cleaned and stops working, and the lifting and vacuuming part rises and moves to the end of the kiln in parallel with the rolling brush. Cleaning the next position of the kiln car, the vacuum section will extend to the desired height and cycle to the next position.

③. There is dust in the ash hopper, which is regularly discharged into the box through the electric feeder.
