The power is driven by the motor through the reducer and the gear pair of the gearbox to drive the two shafts of the mixer to rotate in opposite directions. The two shafts are respectively equipped with stirring knives with opposite directions. The stirring knife makes the material toss, shear and convectively mix; at the same time, the water spray system sprays mist water to the material, and mixes it with it. With the rotation of the stirring shaft, the stirring blade continuously stirs, mixes and homogenizes the raw materials, and continuously pushes the raw materials to the feeding port of the sealing cylinder. After the raw material enters the sealed cylinder, its density increases continuously due to the influence of the volume compression of the compressor head. During this process, the kneading effect between the mud materials further improves the homogenization effect on raw materials of different properties. Under the action of the thrust of the screw reamer, the mud is forced and continuously extruded from the wear-resistant mesh plate of the discharge port of the compressor head and falls into the next production process.
