Clay Brick Box Feeding Machine of Usage and Characteristics:

The plate type box feeder is a key feeding machine for hard materials in the fired brick production line. It can ration and evenly feed processed materials to other equipment at a fixed rate, and is also suitable for feeding raw materials and other supplementary materials.

Equipped with a chain feeding structure and a gear locking device, the machine features strong driving force and no slippage during operation. The feeding plate is made of 16 Mn steel plate, which effectively prevents material abrasion to the plate.

The machine mainly consists of a motor, reducer, driving roller, driven roller and conveying chain plate. Power is transmitted from the belt pulley to the reducer, driving the roller to run, and the materials are fed to downstream equipment via the conveying chain.

This machine is mainly used for constant feeding before grinding or after aging, making it a key piece of equipment in the whole production line. It can work with a bulldozer to store and continuously feed clay.

The clay feeder includes four functional parts: storage, driving, conveying and crushing. It is mainly divided into belt type box feeder and steel plate type box feeder.

As a core feeding equipment, the box feeder balances and rations the input materials. By adjusting the height of the baffle and the speed of the conveyor belt, the feeding volume can be precisely controlled. It can also crush large soft clay lumps during feeding.
