This vacuum extruder is the key molding equipment for clay brick production lines, specially used for continuous extrusion of wet clay.
 
It produces smooth, dense mud bars with high quality and large output. The machine features stable operation, high reliability and easy operation.
 
It can manufacture solid bricks, hollow bricks, porous bricks, hollow blocks and other brick types.
 
Consisting of an upper mixing section, a vacuum chamber and a lower extrusion section, the extruder body is welded with high-quality steel plates and treated to eliminate internal stress, ensuring high hardness, strength and durability.
