Automatic Double Shaft Mixer Clay Brick Twin Shaft Mixing Equipment

Double Shaft Extruding Mixer

The TWGD30/50 double shaft extruding mixer is professional raw material processing equipment, specially designed for sintered brick production lines. It is applicable for raw materials such as clay, shale, coal gangue and sludge. This machine mainly completes material stirring, extruding and kneading after raw materials are blended with water, effectively improving the plasticity and molding performance of materials. It features uniform mixing, heavy load capacity, long service life and wide application adaptability.
 
Driven by power, two mixer shafts run in opposite directions via reducers and gearbox gear sets. Each shaft is fitted with reverse stirring blades, which realize material tossing, shearing and convection circulation. Meanwhile, the water spraying system atomizes and sprays water evenly into materials for sufficient humidification and blending. In the continuous mixing process, intensive mud kneading is achieved to further optimize the homogenization of raw materials with different characteristics.
 
A pneumatic clutch is installed between the motor and reducer to support no-load start and provide reliable overload protection for stable operation. The extrusion reamer and internal & external conical sleeves are manufactured from high wear-resistant alloy steel, ensuring outstanding durability and convenient replacement and maintenance.
