Fine Pulverizing High Speed Roller Crusher / Roller Crusher Machine for Automatic Brick Making Line
This high-speed roller crusher features two rollers running at different linear speeds, delivering combined extrusion, tearing and cracking effects for efficient fine crushing.
The movable roller adopts hydraulic cylinder drive to adjust crushing pressure flexibly for diverse raw materials. The heavy steel plate welded frame ensures high structural strength, strong overload resistance and impact resistance.
Screw adjusting devices on both sides of the fixed roller allow easy position compensation after roller ring wear. The cylinder-driven mud scraper fits tightly against the roller surface for reliable cleaning, with simple maintenance and replacement.
The main unit is mounted on a section steel welded base, with an optional grinding lathe base for convenient roller ring maintenance. Each roller is equipped with an independent stepless speed reduction motor, enabling safe, energy-saving single-roller operation during overhaul without starting the main motor.
