These systems are customized building based on the brick models, space in the factory and packaging requirements in the new and old clay production lines.

This packaging systems can be compatible with various brick models:

Production line with capacity 200 to 1200 tons /day;

Floor tiles, facing bricks, perforated bricks, hollow blocks, thermal insulation blocks, floor slab bricks, sintered wall panels, boards, AAC, cement blocks, concrete blocks, AAC wall panels, etc.

Designing, testing before ex-factory, shipment, installation, trial running, training operation and after sale-service

 

A. For the full systems, empty running with electric testing will be done before ex-factory, SGS inspection is accepted for the testing;

B. For the full systems, they are going to be dismantle after the testing and put into the 40 inch containers for shipment by sea or railway;

C. After all cargos arrived inside the customer’s workshop, engineers for installation of the machine and electrical systems, the customer needs to arrange workers for the co-work;

D. After all systems are installed, trial running will be done before mass production;

E. Training operation will be going on after the trial running, include the operation of the machine, robot seeting and daily maintaining;

F. After sale service is available for 7x24 hours online, video guiding and meeting in regular
