On May 15, 2025, Xi'An BBT Clay Technologies Co., Ltd. and Dazhou Dinengxinke New Building Materials Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony. This project is a comprehensive solid waste utilization project with a total production capacity of 1,000 cubic meters of sintered hollow blocks per day.

This project comprises two production lines: Line 1 is a direct setting process with a daily output of 500 cubic meters of sintered porous bricks, and Line 2 is a twice setting and firing process with a daily output of 500 cubic meters of sintered insulating blocks and hollow wall panels. The project was designed and implemented by Xi’An BBT Company. It utilizes two EV70A vacuum extruders, each equipped with three European-style front-grid extruders and a hydraulic high-fineness crushing roller mill. The project adopts a fully automatic multi-wire downward-pressing block cutting machine, green bricks setting on pallets by robots, a single-layer dryer, two 4.8m cross-section gas-fired tunnel kilns, and a fully automatic brick unloading and packaging system.
