Working Principle & Structural Features
The plate feeder is driven by a motor through a reducer, which transmits power to the driving shaft. The two sprockets on the driving shaft rotate synchronously, driving the chains and chain plates to move forward continuously. The chain plate bears the weight of materials and completes the uniform feeding during operation.
The manual lifting gate is used to adjust the discharge volume. The bottom scraper removes residual materials on the chain plate, and the motor-driven feeding rod ensures more stable and even material flow.
Main Structure
This machine mainly consists of a transmission system (motor, reducer, driving shaft, driven shaft, sprocket and chain plate) as well as a silo gate, scraper, feeding device, frame, silo and protective guard.
