Key Components of Clay Brick Box Feeder

1. Chain Plate

    

   Made from 16Mn high-strength low-alloy structural steel, equipped with a double-arc plate design to effectively prevent material leakage.

    

   It features high strength, excellent toughness, wear resistance, stable overall performance, long service life and wide applicability.
    
2. Chain

    

   Adopts a separate load-bearing and traction structure, which effectively enhances the loading capacity of the chain plate feeder.
    
3. Sprocket

    

   Manufactured from material with grade no lower than ZG310-570. The tooth surface is quenched to a depth of 2–2.5 mm, with hardness reaching HRC44–52.
    
4. Chain Shaft

    

   Made of 45# carbon steel and processed through quenching and tempering treatment.
