Main equipment and main functions---Fully Automatic Palletless Fired bricks unloading and Packing System from BBT

1. Unloading Robots with Graspers 

The robots is to grab the fired bricks from kiln carts to put on the conveyor belt bench layer by layer.

2. Brick unloading conveyor belt bench

Function for the bench is to transport the single-layer bricks to the transit belt conveyor.

3. Fired brick transit belt conveyor

Make the single-layer bricks together without gap and transport to the buffer conveyor belt bench.

4. Buffer conveyor belt bench

Holding and stocking the brick layers and send them to the programming and grouping transit chain bench.

5. Programming and grouping transit chain conveyor

Receiving and steering the single layer bricks by the lifting roller bench and then programing and organizing. Single-layer bricks will be strapped by the horizontal strapping machine and then send to the end chain to wait for gripping by robots.

6. Horizontal strapping machine

Horizontal packing the single-layer bricks by coordinating with the middle lifting roller bench of the programming bench.

7. Stacks setting robot

Grab the packed single-layer bricks from the end chain and put onto strapping chain conveyor.

8.Vertical strapping machine

Vertical packing the brick packs which transported from the chain conveyor.

9. Strapping chain conveyor

Stacking the single-layer bricks to a brick pack by robot and then vertical packing by the vertical strapping machine.The packed stacks will be sent to the end chain to wait for grip away by a stacker.

11. Pallet chain conveyor

Convey the soaked packs to the exit.
