The cutting systems from BBT are one of the critical parts in the production line of the clay brick making.

They are designed to cut the continuous columns first and then cut the columns into green bricks, the green bricks are ready for drying and firing. Most of the cuttting systems are custom building and BBT can do the design, manufacturing and supplying at the same time.

1. Extrusion: The continuous column is extruded from an extruder by a mould.
