Auto Brick Cutter
This auto brick cutter features a hard stainless steel platform that is highly wear-resistant against friction from brick columns. It offers a long service life, less mud adhesion, and up to 30% lower oil consumption. The platform is easy to replace when worn, avoiding costly full-machine scrap. It delivers vertical, clean cut surfaces with no brick waste, supported by fully automatic, program-controlled operation for high efficiency.
Equipped with a dedicated anti-deviation system, the machine requires no manual adjustment during operation. Its stainless steel rollers automatically position accurately to prevent material waste. Compared with standard brick cutters, this model reduces oil usage by 70%–100%.
The pusher plate is also constructed from stainless steel, providing excellent wear resistance and a service life three times longer than ordinary versions. The machine runs fully automatically without manual intervention, saving labor and improving productivity. With a maximum pushing frequency of 41 strokes per minute, it can efficiently cut double columns and tall blocks.
