The tunnel kiln has a perfect exhaust system, cooling system, residual heat system, pressure balancing system, operation system and monitoring system. Through the adjustment of these systems, the firing curve in the kiln is more reasonable and the production order is more coordinated.
At the entrance side, there is a preparatory room, and a cutting-off door between the preparatory room and the kiln. This door can effectively prevent the cold air from entering the kiln and ensure that the kiln operation and firing are not affected by outside influences.
The kiln foundation is based on the entire board. From the bottom up, plain concrete cushion + reinforced concrete beam (track beam)/board (under kiln wall).
Tunnel kiln pre-firing and cooling zone: The wall of the area, in which the temperature is below 200°C, is made of red bricks; the rest is composite wall, ie the innermost layer of the kiln wall for firing zone and insulation zone is constructed with primary/secondary refractory clay bricks. The insulation layer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber carpet, light clay insulation brick, aluminum foil and expanded perlite from the outside to the inside, and the exterior wall is made of red bricks.
At the two ends of the kiln, one parking space is reserved for cast-in-site concrete ceilings; in other places, a combination structure is formed bottom-up by fire-retardant bricks, fire-resisting suspension bricks, 304 heat-resistant hooks, and I-beam hoisting beams. The weight is carried by the sintered brick walls on both sides. Refractory fiber blankets, rock wool blankets, aluminum foil and thermal insulation mortar are used to form a composite thermal insulation layer on fire bricks.
The coal feeding hole has functions of supplementing heat, commissioning, observing, supplementing oxygen or cooling under negative pressure, releasing heat under positive pressure, etc. It is widely used in internal combustion brick tunnel kiln and cannot be reduced or arbitrarily cancelled.
The product direct heat and waste heat system is placed on the top of the tunnel kiln. The temperature curve is in the range of 800-250°C. The waste heat is extracted and the extracted heat source is clean and basically free from pollution. The rapid and effective extraction of direct heat from the product can also shorten the length of the kiln and save investment in kiln construction.
The skirtboard of the kiln cart is inserted into the sand seal groove to isolate the high temperature from the outside, so as to prevent the cold air from sucking into the kiln and lower the temperature of the kiln under negative pressure, or under positive pressure to prevent the high temperature gas from injecting into the kiln to damage the steel structure and cause railway deformation of the kiln cart.
