DOUBLE ROOTHED ROLLER CRUSHER

The double-toothed roller crusher is suitable for crushing medium and low hardness raw materials, such as sintered bricks, coal, cement, silicate, glass, ceramics and other brittle and soft materials. The Mohs hardness of raw materials should not be greater than 2.5. The equipment is used for rough crushing of 50-300mm bulk materials, which can be crushed to below 30mm or less. According to the characteristics of raw materials, the output varies from 20-100m³/h.

This series of double-toothed roller crusher is mainly composed of motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, frame part, fender part, gear box, fast and slow rollers, pressing roller components and other parts.

The double-toothed roller crusher adopts a rotating device of fast and slow rollers, and the upper part is equipped with a pressing roller. Relying on the opposite rotation and the speed difference of the double-toothed rollers, it crushes the incoming bulk materials and improves the crushing effect.

Double- toothed roller

The working clearance of the double-toothed roller is 16mm, which can meet the requirement of medium crushing of materials; Carbide cutter head is used for the head of the roller tooth, which greatly improves its service life; The structure of the main shaft of the fast and slow rollers has been uniquely designed to fundamentally improve the reliability and service life of the whole equipment.

Pressing roller

The pressing roller can make it easier for the bulk materials to enter the crushing roller, so as to improve the working efficiency of the crusher.

Trowel

The wedge-shaped trowel can ensure the removal of the materials stuck on the roller groove, improve the crushing efficiency, and maintenance and replacement is also convenient.

Fluid coupling

The transmission section adopts a torque-limiting hydraulic coupling, which effectively realizes overload protection. It also features smooth startup, buffer and vibration reduction, load balance, stepless speed regulation, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and long service life.
