This project uses clay as raw material and adopts Single Layer Drying Technology, which is belongs to Two-Times Setting and Baking Technology, Finger Forklift Type.

This project adopts Semi-Stiff Plastic Extruding Process; drying in the Drying Chamber and firing in the Tunnel Kiln.

Main machinery include: box feeder, primary roller crusher, fine pulverizing rolling crusher, double shaft mixer, extruding type mixer, double stage vacuum extruder, big drying chamber, advanced tunnel kiln and so on.

Technology Key Point for Production Line for Clay Brick Making Machine Production Line Design

a. The material should be fully mixed when processing, thus to ensure the good molding of the green brick and drying uniformity.

b. After crusher, the biggest grain should not exceed 2.5mm.

c. The extruded moisture content should be controlled under 18%. The temperature increasing speed before critical point must be strictly controlled during drying process and the estimated drying cycle is 45 hours.

d.This production line adopts advanced and model technology, select reasonable machinery and high automation level. It not only can achieve the desired capacity but also can make sure final product quality. Meanwhile, this kind of production line is able to produce other high class/level brick.
