This equipment carries on the refinement, the mixing treatment to the raw material, the main principle of work isthrough a pair of rollers rotating in the direction to crush bulk raw material into the granular rawmaterial below 5mm, so as to improve the plasticity and uniformity of raw materials. It plays an important role in improving the quality of various extruded and sintered brick products and flat tile products.

Roller

 

In order to ensure a better neutral and support strength, they are supported by adjustable rolling bearing. The moving roller adopts pressure spring to add force, and the crushing pressure can be adjusted according to different raw materials. When the hard object is stuck, the spring compression will not cause damage to the roller ring.Both sides of the fixed roller are equipped with screw adjusting devices to adjust the position after the size of the roller is reduced. The inside of the moving roller is equipped with a limit screw to ensure the adjustable roller clearance, and the operation is convenient and fast.

 

The roller ring and the hub adopt separate structure and are connected together by high-strength bolts to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the roller ring. Made of manganese steel, it has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high strength and easy repair.
