This machine is the raw material crushing equipment of the brick production line.

The rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor. When the material enters the action zone of the plate hammer, the broken material is continuously thrown to the counterattack device installed above the rotor by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer. Then it bounces back from the backlash liner to the action zone of the plate hammer and is counterattacked again. The material is broken repeatedly from large to small in the crushing zone. Until the material is crushed to the desired size, it is discharged from the lower part of the machine.
