Programming Bench
BBT-BZ-01 Programming Bench is designed to receive bricks conveyed by the separating belt conveyor, perform 90° brick diversion, and transfer bricks to the programming station for orderly arrangement.
Its main function is to convey and position separated bricks for automatic programming arrangement.
Key Components of the Programming Bench
Frame: Manufactured by welding national standard steel plates and steel pipes, featuring a sturdy, stable and reliable structure.
Moving Parts: The moving system consists of two sets of synchronous belts driven by three motors and one set of driving rollers, with vertical movement powered by cylinders.
Lifting Part: Driven by two cylinders, the lifting mechanism actuates the connecting rod assembly to accurately place bricks onto the designated positions of the synchronous belts.
